We are working hard to eliminate any written structures/laws/rules that discriminate based on sexual identification, orientation, recognition, limitation and classification. If you see anything within the GPNV which might contradict our inclusive policy, email us immediately! If you would like to be a voice please contact us. Currently GPNV is working with our National Accreditation Committee, to ensure GPNV and all other states are consistent in representing LGBTQIA equally.

Water, Land and Air, Oh My!: Nevada is currently seeking digital art and drawings for our Water mascot’ the Pupfish and Land mascot, the Tortoise! Please email us for the submission form and rules at nvgreenparty@gmail.com.  The contest submission ends on 5.13.21. And guess what… We need an Air mascot! Are you eyeing a native Nevadan Bird, Bat, Butterfly, Bug that can be our aeronautical aviator? Please submit your suggestions for our Air mascot to nvgreenparty@gmail.com, we are working on another fun contest!

Nevada Green Rhythm – March 2021

The Nevada Green Party’s monthly newsletter for March 2021 is available now.

Of note this month:

Voter Count: The most important thing we can all do, is let our family, friends
and peers know the Green Party of Nevada is growing. In the last two years
we have increased our voter registration by 3,400+ and each day we are
gaining new members. Our count is at 7,500+ and growing. There are
2,009,696 registered voters in all parties as of January 2021. To gain ballot
access without petitions we need a 1% ratio of all registered voters. The
Green Party is currently at 20,090. This is attainable together.

Green Party Supports Chicago Teachers Strike … “The Green Party emphasizes its pro-labor platform and urges all … area residents to stand in solidarity with striking school employees, and workers everywhere to join and support those refusing to cross picket lines in whatever capacity they can,” said Tony Ndege, co-chair of the Green Party of the United States.

War on Women

Women are counting on us to be brave in the face of these recent unconstitutional attacks on abortion rights. We must be unwavering in our resolve to be a powerful voice for the right to choose.
Establishment politicians have launched nothing less than an all-out #WarOnWomen. Once again, women’s health rights are being taken away by legislators writing oppressive laws that are setting the clock backward and endangering women’s freedom to make their own health care decisions.
Feminism is one of the Green Party’s ten key values and women’s rights will be a front-and-center issue in 2020.
The Green Party is committed to fielding hundreds of candidates to be a strong voice for women during the 2020 election cycle.
Please stand with the Green Party National Women’s Caucus and Green Party candidates as we work together to stand up to this war on women’s rights
